Bookings are subject to availability and confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment.
A valid government-issued ID is required at check-in for all guests.
The guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

Early check-in or late check-out may incur additional charges and is subject to availability.
Free cancellation is allowed up to 7 Days before the check-in date.
Cancellations made after the deadline or no-shows will incur a charge or may not be refunded.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within Given Time .
Guests must behave responsibly and respectfully toward staff, other guests, and property.
Alcohol consumption, smoking, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited in dormitories.
Damage to property or violation of hostel rules may lead to penalties or eviction without refund.
Kasol Hostel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Use of facilities is at your own risk. We are not liable for injury or accidents caused by negligence or misuse.
You agree not to misuse the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
We reserve the right to restrict access or remove content at our discretion.
